1) If you really need “Excellent Video”, then you need miniDV tape. Leat amount of compression applied to the digital video stream when compared to the flash, HDD and DVD similarly priced camcorders. If you really need “Excellent Audio” then you need a camcorder with manual audio control.
ALL accessories? Not going to happen if you buy from a reputable dealer.
2) No camcorder comes with a good battery in the box. Get an optional high capacity battery.
3) See #1. If you are still convinced this is what you need, then look at the Panasonic DVX100 series. HDD has too many problems with vibration and high altitude parking the heads protecting the platters. Skip HDD cams. DVD camcorders compress more than the others. The barely make decent doorstops. The easiest thing for you todo is pretend they do not exist.
4) If you are expecting optical stabilization to give you steady video when handheld, then you probably need to learn this on your own. Humans cannot hold staedy for any length of time – We were not desigend that way. Never shoot handheld. There is NO optical (or electronic) stabilization that will provide long-time stable video when you are handheld.
5) That is easy, see the response at the end.
6) Any high definition camcorder release from the manufactures in the last couple of years will have HDMI.
7) Get the wide angle (0.7x) lens from the manufacturer. See the response at the end.
Canon HV30.
