WHICH BASIC CAMCORDER REQUIREMENTS ARE NEEDED FOR FOR E-LEARNING?

I responsibility to display a lowercase taste of recording for an e-learning instruction I am developing. I don’t poverty to pay a phenomenon on a camcorder as it won’t intend such ingest right of the e-learning requirement. From what I’ve feature mini dv enter is the prizewinning job and rather a camcorder with 3 ccd, some another advice. (these don’t responsibility to be HD!) Thanks

    You can get a webcam that can broadcast and record in HD for around 100 dollars US.

    You don’t really need to go 3 CCD unless your are considering broadcast on TV.
    What might be more important is finding one with a Mic input so you can close mic the person speaking and avoid room echo.
